1. As a DVD playing both the visual and audio messages in the reception area of the office.
2. Using just the audio sounds during the hypnotic session.
3. Using just the visual messages, played with sound off placed to the side while conducting the pre-talk.
4. The hypnotist may use the DVD as a self-help aid.

The visual portion that the client sees is a beautiful ocean scene with white fluffy clouds off in the distance. The audio messages are delivered in a calming voice that enhances the acceptance of the suggestions. In addition to the audio messages, the client will also hear some very relaxing music. Why are there two DVDs? Too often people purchase a subliminal CD or DVD and wonder if there is a positive message being delivered. In addition to the subliminal DVD, you will also receive a sample DVD which has the layers removed so that you can see and hear the messages that are being delivered.
